Artflow Alliance Spotlights Artist Living Dead Girl Nicole with Exclusive Interview for January Issue

I’ve been grateful to have my work featured in artist updates over the past few months in the Artflow Alliance Insider e-newsletter, but this latest issue is extra special and I think my art collectors will agree.

Dominique Sahms reached out to me saying that she wanted to kick off 2026 in a unique way. Focusing the first issue of the year embracing and acknowledging the importance of how the light and our own shadows are both essential for personal growth and creative expression. Therefore she felt my wide range of “whimsical meets macabre” style creations aligned perfectly with her vision and wanted me to be the Artist Spotlight for the January issue. I was honored to be asked and really enjoyed answering the questions that Dominique used for picking my brain so she could learn more about the visions that paint the walls inside.

The end result was her doing an incredible write up about me and my work which you can now read on Medium or via the LinkedIn article she published.

Lydia Unboxes 80s Pop Culture Art by Living Dead Girl Nicole

My newest art collector, Lydia, discovered my artwork after we connected over our artistic outlets of expression (give this girl a harp or piano and you won’t be disappointed) as well as our mutual pop-culture obsessions on LinkedIn. When I learned she also has a soft spot for Jeff Goldblum, it felt perfectly fitting to see an Etsy order come through from her for a canvas print of my “Insect Politics” split-face portrait of Brundlefly. And because we both share a deep love of 80s kids’ nostalgia, it made total sense that she would take the opportunity to snatch up one of my Limited Edition Totally 80’s sticker packs while I still had some in stock.

True to her generous spirit, Lydia didn’t just enjoy her new art privately, she shared the excitement by posting an unboxing video across her social media, snapping a great photo of her purchase, and even left a heartfelt 5-star Etsy review that absolutely made my day.

It’s collectors like Lydia that remind me that those who really get my art will one day discover and love it as much as I did creating it. I am so honored to have my work on display in the happy space of her home filled with so much rad 80’s nostalgia!

Dustin Finds Beauty in Handmade Moffin Stashbox by Living Dead Girl Nicole

My newest art collector, Dustin discovered my one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted Monstrosities on LinkedIn and adopted one for his very own. Not only did he provide a happy new home for my last remaining Limited Edition (Batch 2) Moffin stash box, but he also left me a 5 star Etsy review, and sent me this great photo to show that he arrived safely and is already on active duty to protect his treasures.
