Custom Corpsified Kitty

0

I am so thrilled to finally share the custom order I have been working on. I was commissioned to make a ZOMBIE CAT! This a first for me but the client and myself are both very happy with how it turned out.

It took me a minute to get use to the fur application but once I got my own method down you couldn’t stop me. I was covered in fur and let me tell you fur and anything sticky is such a “fun” combination to work with ha ha.

I decided to make and add the rat for added effect (who infected who?) which was something the client did not expect and really dug.

I actually became quite attached to this creation. Maybe because its a cat or maybe because it was a new challenge that I accomplished artistically but either way it was bittersweet delivering it to its new owners and I am so glad they like what I conjured up. Goodbye kitty!

Want to see more of my corpsified creations? Visit the Adopt The Undead page of my portfolio page. Also don’t forget you can see many of them on display and available for purchase in person at Closet Collectibles located in Crete IL (right behind Smokey Joe’s restaurant).

Drippings: Edward’s Wings

1

I am excited to finally share this custom piece I have been working on for a return customer. She provided the 20″ long wooden wings and told me she wanted Edward’s Scissorhands painted on them. I chose colors, snow accents and a pearlescent paint additive to give it the feel from the movie. I am happy to say the customer loved the vision I came up.

Important Shop Announcement!

0

gremlinsAfter Christmas, you are going to see a big change to my website Shop page as well as what you see for sale in my Etsy Shop. Moving forward Amazon will be my main storefront and Etsy will be used strictly for custom made to order items. You will still see my custom listings in my Etsy shop and you will still have the ability to contact me through Etsy Convos for additional commission pieces not listed.

I have decided to make this decision due to the new financial structure that Etsy is now putting on artisans that does not work for me production wise. So please be sure to bookmark my Amazon shopΒ if you have not already done so.Β Once this change takes place I will be sure to post a follow-up reminder here on my blog for all you Freaky Fanatics who follow me and support what I do! Thank you for your understanding and patience during this change.

Most custom items need time for ordering supplies and then additional time to actually make your vision come to life.
