Back Bone | 4th Annual Walk for Down in the Southland

0

A few years back I helped my family raise money for a walk they were doing to support a wonderful foundation who has helped my cousin Rosemary. I was not able to do the walk so I created some items and we sold them and the the money earned went to Team Rosie for their walk.

This year I am able to participate and will be joining my family at the walk. I have officially created my page for the 4th Annual Walk for Down in the Southland! Please visit this page to learn more about the foundation and the wonderful things they do for those with Down Syndrome. While you are there if you would like to donate for Team Rosie that would rock! Any amount of donation would be greatly appreciated to help us reach our team goal. If you can or can’t donate a simple re-bloggingΒ of this post orΒ sharing of the link would help out tremendously!

Deadly Designs | South Suburban Food Co-op Store Display

I made a stop at the local food co-op to get some organic and gluten free groceries and got to see the sign that I designed for them up on display in the store. I have to admit my heart smiled when I saw it. Not only to see my work displayed in the store but to know it is a store that supports healthy living including those with digestive disorders like myself. This place really is amazing and I am honored to be able to use my art to help their business.

Rocking Work | AMB Merch And Venue Revival Raffle

2

This weekend we got to display some of the hand made Axe Man’s Bridge merch that I made with the help of the band members. We did really well at their Steger Days of Music show this weekend selling merch and were really happy with how much the fans liked them. We had silk screens that were made by Josh. Frank, Danny and I made made splattered tees. I also made some necklaces and pins. I painted up some plastic axes and Danny did some finishing touches on them.

Here are a few pics from this weekend at the merch tent…

After this show the guys then played another show for the Venue Revival Benefit at Another Hole In The Wall. That is the same benefit I Β donated a prize for so I stopped by the raffle table and snapped a picture…
